These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all Android applications developed and published by Veksanapps ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") on the Google Play Store, including but not limited to ToolKit Pro and TBNotes.
By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our applications.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Android devices you own or control.

Some of our apps offer optional premium features available through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. By making a purchase, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.

Refund Policy: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Because premium features are unlocked and delivered instantly upon successful payment, we are generally unable to offer refunds once the purchase is processed.

Our free apps display advertisements through Google AdMob with Mediation. By using the free version of our apps, you agree to receive advertisements. Ads help us keep the apps free for everyone.
You may remove ads by purchasing a premium upgrade where available. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use our apps to:
All content, design, code, graphics, and materials within our apps are the exclusive property of Veksanapps and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Veksanapps name, logo, and all app names and icons are proprietary to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veksanapps and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not made any purchases, our total liability shall be zero.
Our apps integrate third-party services including Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and Google Play Services. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our apps at any time without prior notice. We may release updates that change features or functionality, and you agree to accept such updates as part of the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our apps or other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also post a notice within the app.
Your continued use of our apps after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please uninstall the app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
